Focus on the Right Things

This year I was invited to be a guest contributor at a personal friend’s website, Compared to Who?  I encourage you to subscribe to the newsletter so you can take the body image quiz that Heather has created.  I have to tell you, this took me completely out of my comfort zone as I will be talking about body image. Talk about scary!
